COMMIT: Quote generator app: index, quotes and style.
Given a user visits the quote generator web page when the page loads a random quote from the quotes array is displayed on the screen and the name of the person who said the quote.
When the user clicks the 'New Quote' button a new random quote and author from the quotes array are displayed on the screen.
When the user clicks the 'New Quote' button multiple times, a different random quote/author from the quotes array is displayed each time.
