New download from HACs not working

My apologies if this issue is a repetition.

I am having an issue with a brand-new HA OS on a Pi 4.

(Here is my HA information if it helps)
Core - 2025.2.4
Supervisor - 2025.02.1
Operating System - 14.2
Frontend - 20250214.0

After downloading and restarting, adding the line specified on the installation page in the configuration.yaml, I go to create a button on a dashboard, but the bubble card doesn’t appear in the visual editor.

I have tried to create a basic card using the manual custom card, but I get a configuration error: "Custom element not found: bubble-card"

I have searched every forum and read through a massive chunk of relevant closed & open issues on the GIT Hub page, but I am at my wits' end. :(

Am I doing something incorrect? Or is something actually wrong?
