Add CPU runs to benchmark pipeline

The benchmarks are not currently run on cpu.
Because they are only run on gpu, no flame graphs are produced.

This also adds two benchmarks using the NaN callback, but I'm
not sure how necessary that is.

Also add a flag to the Bucket benchmark,
which enabled the NaN callback. This also
adds a bucket with nan cb benchmark with cpu
and gpu to the pipeline
