DDSurfer

Overview

DDSurfer is a deep learning-based framework for cortical surface reconstruction from Diffusion MRI (dMRI) data. This repository will contain the source code for DDCSR. Paper link (arXiv version): https://arxiv.org/pdf/2503.03790v1.
