Support for Smart-1 Cloud with new variable 'ansible_cloud_mgmt_id'
cp_mgmt_access_rule: 'position_by_rule' parameter has been changed to 'relative_position'. The new parameter now supports more suboptions and positioning relatively to a section. New parameter 'search_entire_rulebase' that allows the relative positioning to be unlimited.
