usage: i3s2shp.py [-h] [--shift SHIFT SHIFT] inname outname

Pour récuperer le plantage d'Arcgis... en test pour Leysse amont

positional arguments:
  inname               fichier i3s
  outname              fichier shp (Polylignes Z)

options:
  -h, --help           show this help message and exit
  --shift SHIFT SHIFT  decalage en X et Y (en metre) (default: None)
