Download at www.trimshot.online.
Download the TrimShot_setup.exe installer from www.trimshot.online. Run TrimShot_setup.exe and follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation. After installation, launch TrimShot from your Start menu or desktop shortcut.
- On first startup only, TrimShot will initialize its background-removal engine.
- Please wait up to 30 seconds for this one-time setup to complete.
- Press Alt + C to begin a screenshot.
- Click and drag to select the area you want to capture.
- After you release the mouse button, TrimShot will remove the background automatically and copy the result to your clipboard.
- Paste anywhere using Ctrl + V.
- Press Alt + F to close TrimShot (optional—keep it running for multiple captures).
Tip: To customize the hotkeys, open the config.ini file in the installation folder and edit the StartCapture, CloseApp, and other key bindings as needed (needs recompiling).

- Open Source: TrimShot is open-source, wich means that users can contribute to its development and customize it to their own needs.
