ias-client-cpp

Internet Access Speed (IAS) C++ measurement library. The repository is used by the service breitbandmessung.de of the German Federal Network Agency ( Bundesnetzagentur), and originates in the BEREC Net Neutrality (NN) Reference Measurement System.
