VSCP CLI tools v2.0.0

This is the first separate version of the VSCP command line interface tools. Original its was part of the VSCP framework.

The tools are fully compatible with the VSCP framework version v2.0.0 or later.

If an older bootloader version is required, please see in the releases of VSCP framework before v2.0.0
