Release 2.2.2

This is a maintenance release to fix builds with newer compilers and a minor build system fixup.

• Add --version
• Mention GrabEventDevice X11 options in the man page as a hint in case someone runs into the problem described in #5.

Version 2.2

• Improve out-of-tree builds
• The grab command is split into two separate commands, grab-devices and write-events.
• Due to the above, the grab on its own is currently deprecated, it may be removed or renamed to something more fitting in the future.
