Hi there 👋 we are the Biodata Analysis Group

The Biodata Analysis Group (also known as the Bioinformatics Lab at the Institute of Applied Biosciences (INAB / CERTH) is active in Bioinformatics research, focusing on the design of new algorithms and pipelines.

We are a group of enthusiastic researchers, active in the following key fields:

  • Machine Learning and Data Mining
  • Multi-omics data integration
  • Training for Life Sciences
