##Overview of Hardware assembly To wire up the BridgeConnect, EnPower CH4100, PacMon img_4614

To adopt the EnPower CH4100 - lithium battery charger ch4100-series-battery-charger

##Task #1.1 - connect to EnPower charger On the EnPower connector connect join the blue to blue and green to yellow cables, ensure that you add the 120 ohm terminating resistor. Recommended that you use twisted pair cable of at least 8 turns per 10cm (Ethernet cable is ok provided not solid core).

##Task #1.2 - connect to BridgeConnect CAN2 port wiring using pin 16 = blue and pin 17 = green/yellow (include a 120ohm terminator resistor) img_4617

##Task #1.3 - power and signal input to BridgeConnect 12vdc power = Red (required for both ExpansionBoard pin1 and BridgeConnect pin1) 12vdc gnd = Black (required for both ExpansionBoard pin1 and BridgeConnect pin1) Signal = White img_4616

##Task #1.4 - power and signal output from PacMon Charging supply power to pacmon (RED pin28, BLACK pin31) BridgeConnect power from +12VDC (RED pin23) and 12vdc gnd (BLACK pin 31) BridgeConnect signal from WHITE pin22 img_4615
