Multimodal in vivo recording using transparent graphene microelectrodes illuminates spatiotemporal seizure dynamics at the microscale

This repository contains code to reproduce an analysis of multimodal seizure recordings more fully reported in Driscoll et al. (in preparation). In order to reproduce figures and analysis, you will need to

1. Clone or download the repository into a folder of your own choice
2. Download raw or preprocessed data_ into the 01_Data folder provided in the repository
3. Open the grp.m script, and edit the required user-defined variables
