This is a list of tested mods that are confirmed to be compatible/incompatible with Spool.
This list will be updated as often as possible (up-to-date as of Spool v0.3.2-alpha)
Mods not listed here have not been tested and have a chance to cause world-breaking bugs.
NotEnoughIDs makes changes to the way chunk data is saved, causing massive data loss when saving the world. Use EndlessIDs instead.
ArchaicFix is technically compatible with Spool, however as of now, there are many incompatibilities between ArchaicFix code and Spool's internal systems. It will run (load worlds and play normally), however the stability is not guaranteed and artifacts will appear (primarily lighting artifacts).
- Angelica (1.0.0-beta55)
- There is an odd issue where the client thread completely locks up with one of the chunk render threads, though I cannot pinpoint the issue. Closing and restarting the game is the only solution.
- ChunkAPI (0.7.0)
- ChunkAPI versions >0.7.0 have upstream Spool compatibility.
- CodeChickenLib (1.1.3.140)
- EndlessIDs (1.6.12)
- FalsePatternLib (1.9.0)
- Forge Multipart (1.2.0.347)
- HBM's Nuclear Tech Mod (1.0.27_X5467)
- This is such a big mod that some features may be incompatible, though most everything has been tested.
- Hodgepodge (2.7.2)
- Currently requires my fork of Hodgepodge, however it will be merged eventually.
- LWGJL3ify (2.1.9)
- Tested with Java 17 & Java 21.
