Updated Operation Theatre tile to use MODULE_LABEL_OPERATION_THEATRE_KEY instead of hardcoded text, and added translations for all supported languages: - English: "Operation Theatre" - Spanish: "Quirófano" - French: "Bloc Opératoire" - German: "Operationssaal" - Portuguese (Brazil): "Centro Cirúrgico" - Arabic: "غرفة العمليات" - Chinese: "手术室" - Vietnamese: "Phòng Phẫu Thuật" - Khmer: "បន្ទប់វះកាត់" - Lao: "ຫ້ອງຜ່າຕັດ" This ensures proper internationalization of the Operation Theatre tile.
