Fix: customTreatmentChart directive rendering bug and corrected casing of treatmentService

Summary

This PR fixes two issues in the customTreatmentChart directive:

1. Rendering Bug Fix

   • Prevented a runtime error caused by $scope.config.frequenciesToBeHandled being undefined.
   • Used a fallback (|| []) to safely check for a frequency using indexOf.

2. Casing Fix

   • Corrected casing from TreatmentService to treatmentService to align with the actual injected service name.
   • This fixes a bug that was causing chart logic to fail due to an undefined service reference.

Testing

• Tested locally and confirmed the custom treatment chart now renders and prints correctly.
