Fix: Change SimilarityEvaluator and RelevanceEvaluator ids to reference to Azure Foundry Similarity-Evaluator and Relevance-Evaluator Asset ID

Description

Changed the id property from SimilarityEvaluator and RelevanceEvaluator to the Asset ID used in Azure Foundry Evaluators, which is the pattern for the other evaluators.
