Roadmap

  1. Upgrade biocache-hubs and generic-hub to Bootstrap 3

  2. Upgrade collectory-plugin and generic-hub to Bootstrap 3

  3. Upgrade biocache-store to Cassandra 3. Work on this has commenced see the cassandra 3 and should be finished by late 2016.

  4. Upgrade biocache-store/biocache-service to use SOLR 5 / SOLR cloud. Work on this has commenced and should be finished by late 2016.

  5. Spatial portal UI and Spatial services rewrite - Work on this has commenced and should be finished by early 2017.

  6. Upgrade biocache-hubs and generic-hub to use Grails 2.4.x (late 2014)

  7. Ansible script support for Ubuntu 16.
