BioAtlas Sweden production environment

Introduction

Swedish Biodiversity Data Infrastructure (SBDI) is a multi-container Docker application based on ALA modules deployed together as Docker services in a Docker swarm. Each of the ALA modules and their necessary backend components (database, search index, webserver, proxy) run in individual docker containers.

The portal is under active development and any customization made on individual ALA modules are available on their respective repositories at:
https://github.com/biodiversitydata-se

The ALA modules have been packaged and published as Docker images and are publicly available at:
https://github.com/orgs/biodiversitydata-se/packages
