Data Quality Service
The Data Quality Service provided by ALA can be deployed as an additional and optional service.
- Be careful and install compatible versions and profiles depending on the backend you are using. The
la-toolkitshould give you some advices about how to install compatible versions. For instance, you'll need biocache-service <= 2.6.1 if you still use biocache-store and a not recent data-quality service (a compatible version with java 8 will be ok in this case. - Deployed it with ansible
- Enable the service, for instance, via the toolkit
or editing your inventories (adding data_quality_enabled = true to your inventories).
