RunConditionTable's functionality has been integrated into Bookkeeping. Any feature or bug fixes requests should go into Bookkeeping Jira's board.
The rctmake script is used for managing the project. Details are explained here. You are also advised to study the source code or at least have a look at the outcome of the ./rctmake --help command.
