Issue #79 resolved. Now works for flutter version 3.16.0 and above. Updated image_picker_plus version to 0.5.10

Hello guys @YeLwinOo-Steve @oppatrickk @petro2050

First of all, I apologize for the delay, I really do not have almost any time for my own open-source projects, but I am trying to come back.

thank you for the feedback/branch, I really appreciate this.

I will replace all the native code for the crop image (as it has several issues) with another logic.

Just give me the end of this month or maximum end of March and I will solve any issue (Android/IOS or even other platforms later on).

You can look to #87 and see my aims and current progress.

Once 1.0.0 is released, you will see again an incredible start for this package and much more with the coming versions.
