Chrome Extension - v1.1.0

Removed external calls for unsplash images to be locally-served. Fixes issues with service-worker compatibility, improves performance and removes third-party.

This change means images are now included in the extension, increasing file size and installation time.
Currently although a little frustrating for upload/download, I think that's it's acceptable for the perceived benefits.

Installation

For most chromium browsers:
Install extension by dragging pingit.to-chrome-v1.1.0.crx onto chrome://extensions page.

For Google Chrome, or if you get an error about the extension not being from a store:
Put pingit.to-chrome-v1.1.0.zip in a safe place - this will have to remain on your system. After, drag it onto chrome://extensions
