Welcome to the ARCWest Applied Data Science Team Github repositories!

This GitHub organisation contains a number of repositories from members of the ARCWest Applied Data Science team. Repositories will be linked to ongoing and previous research using CPRD (Clinical Research Practice Datalink) and HES (Hospital Episode Statistics) data. Repositories of interest are listed below:

  • ARCWest_ADS_codelists: A repository of codelists used by the ARC West Aplied Data Science team. Includes BNF, CTV3, ICD10, OPCS4, SNOMED and dm+d.
