Installation and usage

Diplomacy

To build and run the Diplomacy server, follow the instructions in diplomacy_cicero/chiron-utils/diplomacy/README.md.

chiron-utils

To build and run most agents, follow the instructions in diplomacy_cicero/chiron-utils/README.md.

CICERO

To build and run the CICERO agents, follow the instructions in diplomacy_cicero/README.md.

Metrics

To use the metrics code, follow the instructions in metrics/README.md.
