This PR adds comprehensive documentation improvements and CI/CD setup to the MCP project.

2. Added SETUP.md with:

3. Added GitHub Actions CI workflow:

   • Automated builds

   • Coverage reports

These improvements will:

• Make it easier for new contributors to join
• Ensure consistent code quality
• Automate testing and deployment
• Improve project maintainability
