Add 2fast authenticator for Microsoft account (Entra ID Azure AD)

1. Login in with your Microsoft Entra ID: https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
2. Click on add sign-in method and then on Microsoft Authenticator
3. Click on I want to use a different authenticator app
4. Click next
5. Open the 2fast app and select to add an account and scan the displayed QR code with the 2fast app. Once the account has been created in the app, click on next in the browser.
6. Enter the generated code from 2fast and complete the setup for the authenticator app
