Initial ACI Blueprint Draft

v0.0.1 — Initial WIP Blueprint and Prototype Loop

First public release of the Always-On Consciousness-Inspired AI (ACI) project. Includes a comprehensive neuro-inspired architecture centered on a multidimensional memory graph and a continuous DMN-style loop, plus a rough working prototype in a Jupyter Notebook. This version focuses on algorithmic clarity (MDN→PFC→HC→VS→PFC-2→NAcc), neuromodulator-gated control, and evaluation scaffolding. The memory system is not yet fully implemented and will be reworked alongside a grounded reimplementation in Isaac Sim and a Colab-ready workflow. Contributions aimed at refining algorithms, interfaces, safety/calibration, and memory schemas are welcome. License: MIT.
