• Modified CfgBuildingParseTreeVisitor to handle try blocks without except clauses by creating a dummy exception block.
• Added a new test case tryWithoutExceptTest to ControlFlowGraphBuilderTest to verify the correct handling of try blocks without except clauses.
• Added a new test case testTryWithoutExcept to AllFunctionPathMustHaveReturnDiagnosticTest to ensure that the diagnostic check correctly handles try blocks without except clauses.
