Quick Start

1. Define a Notification:

   public class UserCreatedNotification : INotification
   {
       public int UserId { get; set; }
   }

2. Create a Handler:

   public class WelcomeEmailSender : INotificationHandler<UserCreatedNotification>
   {
       public void Handle(UserCreatedNotification notification)
       {

       }
   }

3. Configure DI and Publish:
