Hello World 👋

I'm Glen (Joseph) Graham, a full stack developer from Jacksonville, FL

🏡 I'm currently building DealDashPro, a Deal Management Platform. It's a comprehensive application designed to help investors find deals online and streamline their business operations. It provides a rich dashboard interface for tracking leads, managing properties, handling offers, facilitating secure communication, and analyzing key performance indicators. Core features include interactive property mapping, document uploads, robust user and company account management, and integrated email notifications.

Tech Stack:

  • Frontend: Next.js (with React) and TypeScript for a type-safe user interface.
  • Hosting: AWS Amplify for staging.
  • Styling: Tailwind CSS for utility-first styling.
  • API: tRPC for end-to-end typesafe APIs.
  • Database ORM: Prisma for intuitive database access.
  • Authentication: Kinde for secure and easy user authentication.
  • File Uploads: UploadThing for handling file storage.
  • Mapping: Google Maps API for interactive map features.
  • Email Services: Resend for reliable email delivery.
  • Text Messaging: Twilio for transactional text messaging.

Past Projects

  • 🔭 Created a DeepSeek VS Code Extension - An interactive VS Code extension that integrates with Ollama's AI models to provide a seamless chat experience. Users can submit queries and receive real-time responses directly within VS Code's webview panel.

  • 🤖 Another notable project: Summarly - a simple summary generator using AI technology. Simply paste in a link to an article and watch it summarize it for you in seconds!

  • 🌱 I’m currently learning to build and incorporate AI in SaaS applications. To accomplish this, my recent projects utilize Ollama, DeepSeek and OpenAI's APIs. Additionally, I am using the following frameworks and technologies: Vite, Redux, React, and TailwindCSS.
