Add dbeaver for db client part and add star to localsend

I added dbeaver to the database clients category because it allows you to connect to almost all database managers.

I added a star to localsend because if you've tested that, you know that it's simple and works correctly on all platforms!

You seemed to have changed the whole formatting that shouldn't happen also the stars are my personal opinionated favorites or software I use myself. I don't use localsend so that star should be removed.
