Migrate data from simple to Postgres Node Store

Hi all,

As per the discussion title, I was just wondering if anyone is aware of whether it's possible to migrate data from a simple Node Store to a Posgres Node Store? Is any one aware of any tools to support this function? Or has anyone done it themselves?

Apologies if this question has already been asked - I haven't been able to find anything online yet.
