Integrate municipality mutations?

I have prepared a package that computes municipality lookup tables between two points in time, from BfS data: https://github.com/krlmlr/SwissCommunes. Maybe we could integrate this here, or even compare the mutation data with the shape files by overlaying the maps from consecutive years?
