S878-14 abend for API Catalog?

Hi Guys, We are implementing Zowe on z/OS and followed the entire installation process described in the manuals. At this moment we are facing an S878-14 abend at the startup of the process. api-catalog and we have already changed the ZWESLSTC stc REGION to 8M but the status does not change. In case, has anyone here experienced a similar problem and if so, would you have any advice? Thank you in advance for your attention

It seems the answer is to use 64bit Java
