Landsat Collection 1 data is shutting down and moving to C2

Q - currently, all of our processing scripts depend on Landsat Collection 1 data. But - it's all shutting down on Dec 13th and moving to C2. Do we need to change things in the processing script for this? Or in Theia?

^ PR above should take care of any API changes. HOWEVER, there is still work to be done in terms of the image processing script.
