[ZK Stack] - Fee estimation fails on bridge

Issue Description

I am trying to setup the bridge of the dapp-portal on a local development network. When I am on the bridge page, the fee estimation fails. This makes it impossible to bridge.

Expected Behavior

The fee estimation should work properly.

Current Behavior

Currently the fee estimation fails. See screenshot.

Additional Details

From looking at the network requests, the app tries to fetch "zks_getMainContract". This works and returns a contract. However, it than proceeds with calling a "l2TransactionBaseCost" on that contract which returns "0x".
