Is it possible to modify the value of a image_block_response_delay on ZHA?

I have a question, I found on zigbee2mqtt that this platform can modify the value of the image_block_response_delay, as shown in the image below:

So I wondered if ZHA could be shortened by modifying the value of the image_block_response_delay to shorten the data transfer interval during the OTA process.

Is it possible to implement the functions I want?

I don't think we artificially add a delay in the first place.
