Binding and reporting configuration from quirk

I have 2 problems with some new devices.

VINDSTYRKA
PM25 0x042A cluster is not being bond or configured if ZHA and also reconfigure is not doing it.
With ZHA-Toolkit i can binding it to coordinator and getting it reporting with the device defaults.

The iVCO is not implanted but all other normal things is working OK but some things can getting implanted that is not there but need getting PM25 reporting working for this device and then fixing the other things that can being done.

Symfonisk 2
With updated firmware that is making 2 extra EP with manufacture cluster (its Matter switch cluster but its not in ZCL R8) and i need binding them to the coordinator and can do it with ZHA-Toolkit and its working OK. I have getting the commands making nice zha_events so all other things is OK only need being bound for making all working 100%.

For production quirk i need getting this bind working in the quirk / ZHA.
How do i the quirk binding the EP/Cluster to the coordinator ??
