give it an lib and an header , so i can use it, i dont want to compile that all, and its dosent work for me, no makefiles use, that make my project later irreversible, all what need is an lib and and the header for windows. when i all must compile self its ending in a cahos for large projects

You can also compile the lib yourself if you'd like and use that, distributing static libraries for Windows builds tends to be cumbersome because you need many permutations (debug/release CRT, static/DLL CRT, win32/x64/arm/arm64 architectures, and possibly more permutations if your target project uses something like vectorcall)
