send message not working

Hey Guys,

the offical documentation says that from tiktok-live-connector 2.0.2 onwards it should be possible again to send chat messages.
for that you simply have to provide a sessionId and ttTargetIdc.

unfortunately it still doesnt work and returns a message that this is maybe a premium feature wich requires a licence of some sort.

So how can I actually send a chat message?
