Configure the initial pin state of the UARTE peripheral to SLEEP, not left uninitialised. This fixes the pin configuration not being set until the interface is used if `zephyr,pm-device-runtime-auto` is enabled. Signed-off-by: Jordan Yates <jordan@embeint.com>
