eSPI LPC API allows opaque values for some of the device tunneled communication over eSPI peripheral channels.

Need other existing eSPI driver to follow.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Keep existing definitions with each driver implementation
However, this may lead to mismatch for application using eSPI drivers across different SoC

Require confirmation that all eSPI drivers should only use the new structure layout and applications are ready for it. Must this change be tied to a Kconfig?
