SAMD21 MCUboot - Image in the primary slot is not valid!

Hello,
I am trying to build MCUBoot for SAMD21 using arduino_zero board.
in zephyrproject\bootloader\mcuboot\boot\zephyr\boards created arduino_zero.overlay

in zephyrproject\bootloader\mcuboot\boot\zephyr\prj.conf I added

CONFIG_BOOT_SIGNATURE_TYPE_RSA=y
CONFIG_BOOT_SIGNATURE_KEY_FILE="app-mcuboot-pkey.pem"
CONFIG_BOOT_MAX_IMG_SECTORS=384
CONFIG_BOOT_MAX_IMG_SECTORS_AUTO=n

in the App, prj.conf I added

CONFIG_BOOTLOADER_MCUBOOT=y
CONFIG_MCUBOOT_SIGNATURE_KEY_FILE="app-mcuboot-pkey.pem"

I also created same arduino_zero.overlay file

when I build MCUBoot and App, then flashing to the device, the log outputs:

I: Starting bootloader
W: Failed reading sectors; BOOT_MAX_IMG_SECTORS=384 - too small?
E: Image in the primary slot is not valid!
E: Unable to find bootable image

I tried to find issue but not success
