Possible error in fdc2x1x driver

Hi,
was looking at the fdc2x1x driver and I think i might have discovered some errors.

in fdc2x1x.c, i think the fref_divider is missing (which i added below)

Also in fdc2x1x.h, i think the mask should be 0x3FF as opposed to 0x1FF.
