running TCP server on RT1060-evkb

Hey,

I would like to be able to run a TCP server on that board and connect to it from my Windows 10 pc (they are both connected via RJ45).
I have two questions:

1. What are the necessary configurations which I should put in prj.conf ?
2. Where can I find an example code of TCP server which use the ethernet device on the board ?
3. Which configurations should I do to the ethernet device in my Windows pc ?
