Can gpio output configuration flags be expressed in the devicetree?

I was wondering if gpio output configuration flags such as GPIO_OUTPUT_HIGH/LOW can be expressed in the device tree along with devicetree flags such as GPIO_ACTIVE_HIGH/LOW? The documentation seems to imply that pin configuration flags such as GPIO_OUTPUT_HIGH/LOW are uint32_t and only uint16_t flags can be expressed in the device tree but I wanted to confirm.

For example this is how I tried to include the config flag and it raised an error:
gpios = < &gpiod 10 (GPIO_ACTIVE_HIGH | GPIO_OUTPUT_HIGH) >;
