LwM2M with DTLS over Openthread Network

Hey Everyone,

I've been trying to get LwM2M with DTLS enabled working over an OpenThread network.

It seem like when enabling CONFIG_LWM2M_DTLS_SUPPORT it breaks the OpenThread joiner.

You get a "net_l2_openthread: Join failed [23]" error.

Any advise on debugging the problem?
