It is almost done, only Symfony deps removal left, so it won't be the problem to support from 8.0 to 8.4, so only pure PHP left, C code already supported, you can track development here - #2441

I am very willing to contribute, but unfortunately, I don't know C language, and I have no experience with C programming in PHP. i'm sorry.

Very cool project! I was reading something about the environmental impact of software, and I thought about how this package helps reduce energy consumption. I'm waiting for the release of 0.19 so that the rubixML/tensor library can use it in their tensor extension, which is used for training models (in PHP!)

Anyway, thanks for the work you do on this! Glad to see that PHP 8.4 is being worked on.
