Issues with Cloudflare - Keeps trying to veryfy but gets in a loop. Not happening with other browsers

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

When going to several websites over the last few weeks. Including but not limited to whatson.bfi.org.uk and https://chat.deepseek.com The cloudflare verify you are human check keeps looping and doesn't allow access to the site. This isn't happening in any other browsers including Firefox, Vivaldi, or Safari

Expected behavior

Verify's and loads website

Actual behavior

Shows verification, tick box to verify, verification check 'spins' box to tick for verification is shown again, and clicking again keeps looping through the process with no website loaded, just Cloudflare verification.

Steps to reproduce

Enter a url i.e. https://chat.deepseek.com. Click the Verify you are human box. The spin verification shows. The the tick to verify you are human box is back and the process keeps looping.

Have you tried with (privacy /adblock) extensions disabled?

You can also try clearing the site's data and cookies (click the padlock icon > "clear cookies and site data")

If that doesn't work. Check if lowering the enhanced tracking protection (in privacy settings about:preferences#privacy) helps.
e.g. lowering this to standard or adding the site to the exceptions (so disabling this built-in protection)
